From Our Press to Your Address

We offer delivery throughout South Africa via our trusted courier partners.
The cost of delivery is calculated based on the product and destination of the package.
The delivery cost will be added to the total cost of the order during the checkout process.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been dispatched, which they can use to track their package(s).

Nationwide Delivery:

Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and the courier service used.
We estimate that delivery will take 2-5 business days for major cities in South Africa.
For remote areas, delivery may take longer.
We will make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.
If there are any delays or issues with delivery, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue.
We do not deliver to Postal Addresses.

For clients located in Polokwane, we offer two options for receiving their orders.
Clients can choose to have their products delivered within the Polokwane area, at an additional fee - calculated at checkout.
Alternatively, clients can choose to collect their products in-store, free of charge.
We will notify the client as soon as their order is ready for collection, and they can pick it up at their convenience.
Clients who choose local delivery or in-store pickup will receive a notification via email or phone call once their order is ready.
For in-store pickups, clients will need to provide a valid form of identification and proof of purchase before collecting their order.

Free Delivery:

We offer free delivery on all orders over R999.00 for clients located within South Africa.
The free delivery option will be automatically available to clients during the checkout process once their order has reached the minimum required amount.
The free delivery option will be fulfilled via our trusted courier partners, and the estimated delivery time will vary depending on the destination.
If the client needs their order to be delivered within a specific timeframe, they can choose a paid shipping option during checkout.

Packaging:
