    • Single Artwork per Order: We currently accept one artwork file per print order. This means that all items within an order, will be printed with the same design. If you have multiple designs you'd like printed, you'll need to submit separate orders for each unique design.

    • Fine Text Considerations: Keep in mind that very small text might become difficult to read when reproduced on certain branding materials. If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to our team – we're happy to advise!

    • Solid Backgrounds for 1-Colour Prints: For branding materials printed in just one color, it's best to avoid using backgrounds. This will ensure a clean and crisp final product.

    • Proofing Before Printing: We'll always send you a design proof for your approval before we begin printing. This allows you to make any final adjustments and ensures you're completely satisfied with the outcome.

At Capri Printers, we understand that timely delivery is crucial to your business. That's why we offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. Our commitment to quality extends beyond the print job itself; it includes ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. For Polokwane and Gauteng, we offer next-day delivery. Main areas take 2-3 working days, while outlying areas may take 5-7 working days.

Delivery costs start from R99.00 for door-to-door delivery, R60.00 for Pudo delivery, and R85.00 for local delivery. The exact cost will depend on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location.

We offer door-to-door delivery, Pudo delivery, and local delivery. You can also collect your order from our store.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.

 

 

We strive to deliver all orders on time. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any expected delays and provide updates on the estimated delivery time.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately in hello@capriprinters.co.za or WhatsApp on 079 555 1991 with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

We strive to deliver to as many areas as possible. However, delivery to certain rural areas may not be available. Please contact our customer support for specific inquiries.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. However, we will do our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.
